Being in the know about the most updated information is something CERT volunteers are good at. While at the conference, attendees have a couple ways to get the most updated conference-related information and announcements. Check out the facility maps for room location mentioned below. There are several ways to stay connected and receive communications during the conference: - Morning Announcements and Conference Updates: Join us in Hendricks A/B every morning at 8:30 AM for quick announcements and updates for the day.

| TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM INDIANAPOLIS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT |
Are you flying in to the Indianapolis International Airport for this year's conference? Not sure how to get to the hotel? A courtesy shuttle is available to and from Indianapolis International Airport and the conference hotel seven days a week between the hours of 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. After picking up your luggage, go to Ground Transportation Zone 2 and call (317) 839-1106 to request the shuttle. The white van will have "Embassy Suites Plainfield Indianapolis Airport" on it.
Don't forget: When you check into the hotel, you can request to schedule the shuttle for your return flight. |

| WELCOME RECEPTION - AUGUST 6TH |
On Wednesday, August 6th, please join us in the Hendricks A/B room to kick off the 2025 National CERT Conference with a Welcome Reception. Enjoy light refreshments and hors d'oeuvres, served from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, while chatting with fellow attendees from around the country. And if you are visiting from out of town, this is a great chance to get the inside scoop on what to do from the local CERT volunteers.

| Do you have extra challenge coins, patches, and stickers that represent your CERT program or sponsoring agency? Bring them to the conference and trade them with other attendees from around the country. This event will happen on Thursday, August 7th.
